Is it bad to rotate or change adnetwork for higher cpm?

I have a relative medium site. So for now I have 3 strategies to maximize my revenue:
1. Use only one with highest cpm for my main traffic (using adspyglass)
2. Rotating between adnetworks
3. Jumping between networks.
So the question is:
Will lower traffic will have lower cpm so 2 is not trivial, and do adnetwork need 1-2 days to optimize the traffic so 3 is not trival?

I'm new to this, but here are my thoughts: Using the highest CPM for your main traffic is a solid strategy. Rotating between ad networks can help balance things. Jumping between networks may disrupt optimization. Consider testing each approach to see which one works best for your medium site's revenue.
