Hello, I want to ask if there is a problem for Google if a site with different .bg and .com domains (and especially if the content overlaps).Thanks

Clarify the need, most of the time you can leverage it and use HREFLANG.
And then duplicate all the accounts for the sake of ORM, like TP for the COM and TP for the BG
