Is it possible to get good results with OnlyFans promotion on reddit without using purchased upvotes?

In recent past, all my reddit accounts got banned within a few days of using purchased subreddits. So I am curious if it is possible to get good results with OnlyFans promotion on reddit without using purchased upvotes? Currently I am promoting OF on an organically grown Reddit account but nut getting desired results. This organically grown account is just 2 months old, with 6k+ Post karma, 100+ comment karma and 1k+ followers. I am posting in 20-25 subreddits everyday and get 5-7 new subscribers to the FREE OF account.

Yes it is possible but only with hard working female, if you want to succeed on reddit and do it long term with buying no to minimal upvotes your media you post and the title has to allign with the subreddit you choose to post otherwise you cannot go viral. Use the account as a reddit user if you just post and leave you will se results but if you engage you will see 10x results

Its harder as reddit is becoming more aggressive in their bans, but still definitely possible.
