no copyright but still there is a cross on my 1 in stream ads

today i got option to complete 60k minutes to get in stream ads but i have a cross where it shows facebook policy .. however, i have no copyright on my profile ,,
why is that ? and does it count reel views too or just videos ?
can i use facebook music in my videos ?
