I’m looking for the simplest and cheapest way to cloak the fact that I have affiliate links from Google for indexing/organic rankings.

Like many people, I’ve been hit with the recent algorithm updates and I would like to do a test to see if the affiliate links account for the drop. I want Google Bot to see a page without affiliate links, and people who actually come to the page to see them.

I do not want to cloak from Bing as I have the number one spot for a lot of great keywords. It was the same on Google before the September HCU update. And I have fallen further since the March core update.

None of the products are black hat. For example, one of my most popular articles is about headphones for a specific need. Mostly Amazon affiliate, and I noticed that my pages with other affiliate links have not been hit as hard.

I do not have much of a budget since my income got hit hard by the changes. Can anyone recommend a program, service, or method to do this?

Simplest way is basically to check referrer or source IP and match against known strings. Then present the response you need based on that.

Needless to say this is very easy to detect tho
