Any virtual mail box without notary verification

Hi,
Sorry if this is not the place to ask this question. I tried to look around and I didn't find where to create this thread.

Basically I need a virtual mail box that will open my mails and scan them for me. They only have some codes that I need for a particular service. The problem is all the services that I have found require notary verification which costs plus 75$ for non-us citizens. i didn't know that at first until I have subscribed to two services. Money lost lesson learned.

So, my question is there any virtual mail box service that doesn't require notary verification. I don't have any problem sending my ids, bank statement or bills to verify my identity. The only thing that I cannot afford is the notary price especially if you need for every box a notary verification. And in fact I need many.

if not, there are many forwarding mailboxes that do not require that
