So, there is a keyword that gets good searches but is not proper English (I could be wrong tho)

For example, lets say the keyword that gets searches is: MS Windows operating system

Isn't the correct one MS Windows is an operating system?

Sorry if I am unable to convey what I want to convey lol.

Basically will I get ranked if I just used the exact keywords in title even if it's not proper English? or will I get penalized for not using proper English?

Search engines prioritize keyword relevance over grammatical correctness. Use any words you want, as long as they are relevant

I think, using specific keywords is important for SEO, but at the same time maintaining proper English also improves your user experience. Finding a balance between keyword relevance and readability is key to avoiding penalties and improving rankings over time.
