Please share knowledge. How did you build the initial community? How much did it cost? What did you manage to raise? Pitfalls to watch out for.

Feel like most MMO marketers aren't crypto native so thought I'd start this thread for knowledge and ideas sharing.

I did it several times and it all depends on your budget to start. But the best are cheap YouTubers that have little community but they do listen.
