Hello there!

First of all, we talked with the Pirondi team and they asked for the Ultimate Package which includes the following:
- 1 Ad Account
- 2 Cloaked Links
- The Ultimate Cloaking Guide
- 1 Hour Consultation

What we gave them:
- 2 Ad Accounts (After they made mistakes with the 1st one)
- 3 Cloaked Links
- The Ultimate Cloaking Guide (Which is not refundable as we mention in our https://www.mmo.com/seo/the-ultimat...step-by-step-guide-to-cloak-your-ads.1506204/)
- 1 Hour Consultation

After the consultation, Juan (His teammate) made a campaign on Google Ads and he made many mistakes, like:
1- He didn't use titles and descriptions from the competitors (useful ones), like "Play & Earn" as discussed in the consultation.
2- We opened the cloaked link from a Brazilian proxy and saw the MMO site, so he didn't turn the cloaking off, this is another big mistake because we told him to turn the cloaking off until he gets 10-20 clicks from Google.
3- As we mentioned in the consultation hour, he should have scheduled the ads and turned off the cloaking during the pausing hours, but he didn't.
4- We told him to choose Maximize Clicks, not Conversions in the Bid Strategy Type on Google Ads.
5- He turned on the Google Search Partners, and we told him to skip this choice from Google.

So, in the end, he didn't follow most of the instructions we told him in the consultation, so, the first account got disabled.

Then, we helped them, by giving them another ad account, and we took care of running a campaign (which is not from our services) and it was accepted by Google (which they hadn't done before), and then we handed them the account and we don't know what edits they made after that.

We have attached all proofs if anyone wants to be sure.

Therefore, based on everything we mentioned, the ad accounts were suspended because of them, and the consultation hour and e-book are not refundable (We noted that in our service thread).
Regarding the links that we made for them, they aren't blocked by Google and they can use them again because they are theirs forever, as we mention in all our services.

We tried in every way to help them, but they didn't comply with any of our instructions, and then Pirondi went on to threaten us with his friends here on MMO (as attached with pictures), and these responses were not professional at all after we had fully delivered our service.

You mentioned the "1000 USD Ads campaign that did not work" in the title, and this is misleading because you ordered the Ultimate Package which contains non-refundable items as we mentioned on our sale thread (From where you ordered).

Regarding what you mentioned, we don't have to make another call with anyone from your team after all your threats.

The screenshots you shared coincided with the beginning of your threats to us here on MMO's DM.
You can't threaten us, and at the same time, we give you an extra free call after all the other extra things we've done for your team.

We can't do more than this, your team made mistakes, and we explained in detail what did you and what should you do.
