  • Proof of Contact: All contact through Skype which is a part of the screenshot. See attached latestefforttocontact.png
  • Proof of Transaction: Screenshot attached with checkmark showing received. Can provide TRON link if needed.
  • Summary of Dispute: User quoted 4-7 days to get bad reviews on G2 site removed. Work started Dec 1. I followed up every week until now and user gave response that it just takes time. After 30 days, I reached out to G2 and had them removed the same day. Asked for a refund giving the user 15 days to pr0vide refund and user ghosted.
  • Evidence of the Issue: Screenshots attached.
  • What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: I would like a refund.
  • (Optional) Additional Information: You can see from their reviews at 17% positive (which they didnt have when I started my dealings) that they are not delivering as promised.
