Is Siteground's $35/year hosting worth it?

They're including a "free" domain in that plan. I know there are cheaper hostings out there but Siteground is one of the market leaders along with bluehost. I'd like to stick with market leaders than cheaper alternatives.

$35/y is not much, over the last 5-6 years I've never paid less than $50/y to the 3 hosters that I've used.

But for this low price I would be wary, especially when a "industry leader" offers it. In our society you can't stay up top without being deceitful, so either they'll provide poor quality for this price, or will have you pay more in the long run through various gimmicks. Also, I've heard that SiteGround and BlueHost are both bad, I've never used them, it's just what I've heard, you should probably do more research before signing up with them...
