[Journey] Etsy Shop from 0 to 100k Per Month (Almost there!)

I wanted to share my current Journey on Etsy, hoping to chat with other Etsy Sellers and share ideas that have worked for me.

My goal is to achieve 100k per month Custom POD on Etsy, currently hovering around 20-60k per month.

What I have now:
- I started my store around July 2023
- My first dropshipping store got banned/IP infringement, so I decided to try Custom POD, which is much harder to be banned
- My first 1k week was Oct 2023
- My first 1k day was Nov 24th, 2023
- $100 ad spend per day, A/B test Titles/Thumbnails

What has helped the most:
- Focusing on whitehat SEO
- ranking products to first page (blackhat methods)
- Hired 4 customer support reps, and 10 artists to make designs
- Search analytics and seeing exactly what customers are searching for
- Being consistent, Good customer service, Good reviews
- Really study best sellers from comp stores, make my own listings better
- I have an in-house method to maintain Star Seller Badge

Struggles:
- Holiday sales had a huge boost in sales, and couldn't handle the volume
- Ranking multiple products to first page (would love to discuss methods here)
- Order Flow: Currently using Google Drive, looking to make the switch to Trello
- Opened cases + a few negative reviews really tank your sales

Future Outlook:
- Opening more shops
- Opening Shopify for Store
- Building Ranking Bot and Review Bot in the works (I could use some help testing Ranking Bot)
- Scaling current shop by adding 100-150 listings
- Hiring Marketing/SEO Expert for all keyword research

Stained Glass Ornaments (cardinals, cats, etc). The bigger stores kept reporting me even though they were dropshipping too.
