Welcome to the Hire a Freelancer section!

This section is here to help you find people with skills that you need to complete tasks your business or website. In other words:
  • If you are looking for services such as links, accounts, software etc please check the marketplace first and only post your request in this section if you can't find what you're looking for. The Hire a Freelancer section is designed to help you find people to complete tasks.
  • If you are looking for a partner to work on your project or a deal involving split revenue, you should be posting in the Joint Ventures forum. This forum is not for this purpose, any threads like this will be deleted and you may receive a warning.
For clarity, we only allow members to request services that we'd allow to be sold in the marketplace. For example, services that are illegal or against the rules (i.e. fake IDs) can not be requested here.

Caution: Be careful when doing business with users off of the forum using platforms like Telegram. While instant messaging services are more convenient, scammers often delete chats and pretend they had no interaction with victims using these platforms.

Notice: Replying to your own thread
If you're not a Jr VIP, Marketplace Seller or Premium member, then you'll be able to post a new thread but you won't be able to reply to it yourself. Once you've found what you're looking for, please contact support here to close the thread and mark it as complete.

Rules for Posting

Anyone can currently post a Hire a Freelancer thread. For the best results make sure you make it very clear what exactly it is you're looking for and what you are willing to pay to get the task completed. Whilst not required, stating a budget and/or wage in your thread (e.g., $30/hour for a wage, $1500 for a project) is highly recommended to avoid time-wasters and to find freelancers you can afford faster.

Do not post a thread here advertising your services, products or sites as these will be deleted and you will receive a warning. To advertise your services on blackhatworld, you can submit a thread to our marketplace as long as you have an active Jr VIP or Marketplace Seller subscription. You can find more information on submitting a marketplace thread here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/the-black-hat-world-marketplace-rules.1295700/

Rules for Replying
To reply to a Hire a Freelancer thread you will need to have an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription.

We also advise that if you currently have a marketplace thread which is relevant to the OP's request, please link to it when you reply. This will enable the user to see your reviews and mod approval.

Requests not allowed in Hire A Freelancer section
Currently, we do not allow users to post these requests:
  • Craigslist services, posting or account verification.
  • EPN accounts.
  • WTB requests. Try our Want to Buy section instead.
  • Contests or crowd sourcing is not allowed. For example, posts asking people to submit logos for with the OP picking a "winner" will be removed and the OP will receive a warning.
Posts that break our Terms and Rules will be removed and you may get a warning. Any further additions to this list may be added over time, so you should always check this list before posting here.

Staying Safe
BHW offers no escrow or protection on deals conducted on the forum. Everything is done at your own risk with no guarantees made on any users behalf of any kind. Before completing a business transaction on the Hire a Freelancer section, you should conduct a background check on the user before sending any money. Please keep all communication within BHW using the DM feature and make payments using a method with buyer protection such as PayPal (not friends and family).

For more information on staying safe, please read our thread titled, "Avoiding Scams & Staying Safe On Black Hat World".

Above all, use common sense. If you are not happy with an agreement, inform the other party you do not wish to continue before you commit to providing or buying a service. If you feel you have been ripped off or a transaction is not conducted properly, please post a thread within the Dispute Resolution forum. Make sure you read the Dispute Resolution section rules first.

These updated rules replace the previous threads here:
