    Google's onboarding for Google News is relatively easy: https://publishercenter.google.com/ There is little visible moderation going on, I have sites in there with autogenerated content, translated content, paraphrased content, and just plain scraped content.

    it is hard for honest websites, since, Google’s robots sometime don’t catch everything and mostly with images. It is due to the fact that some of these bad sites may update their copied content to make it different or include so many keyword in their activities that Google may be deceived.
