You never seen such ads, because
1. They are fast getting banned with entire account
2. There are not so many people doing them
3. They looks like white hat ads
4. Spain have 48 mln people, I am sure there are blackhat ads in Spain
I've seen in Poland get rich scheme ads, where some hired lady...
