Are there any enthusiasts of good audio here? There are a few expenses that you could theoretically do without, but you'd find it takes more effort than it's really worth it. For me, audio is such an expense. Spending money on a car is one thing, but spending $10k for a good marketer, programmer, or other specialist doesn't sound like a challenge. It's just "their expenses". IMO a car for a lazy marketer starts at $40k. The audio can be purchased for $300. I bought audio-technica headphones for that much and I appreciate the detailed sound. There is no huge bass (but I can turn it on of course using "audio head techniques") or anything like that, but the rest is so nice that I haven't been able to take them off for a couple of days. On other websites, I've seen people spend $20,000 on speakers and I experienced them once. It was amazing for my emotional life.
