He has confirmed he will refund on Monday but he never did and not responding at all. I gave him enough time now.</p><p></p><p><strong>Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.</strong></p><p>I have contacted him on BHW PM as well on Telegram and asked him to cancel payment which I paid by payoneer which he said he will do it on Monday but he have not done it.</p><p></p><p><strong>What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?</strong></p><p>I need a full refund and probably suspend this person from bhw. He is using chat GPT to lure people and he is bidding on every damn job in WTB. He can not be jack of all trades.
