Noticed that some websites in my spehere who ranks on first google page has a lot of backlinks.For example, there is 2 years old domain with 5.3k linking websites and has DR 72. Some backlinks they bought, but I dont think that they bought 5.3k backlinks - it cost a lot.I tryed to send emails, got 17 backlinks per month, this process is too slow...
