Journey to 100k per month with OF Chatting Agency

I've literally seen models at the agency where I previously worked go from 10k per month -> 90k per month after the filipino management got replaced with westernized chatters. Im guessing the models paid more, but they also made a ton more money - so this is pretty much what im trying to replicate.</p><p></p><p>In short - people dont know how to chat, pretend they can and just perform terribly.</p><p></p><p>Currently we are working with commission-only sales with independent models as I don't want to hire $3/hour 3rd world workers because thats not the best approach to make money IMO. The approach I'm working with is that models are generally happier with splits, so if the model is happy, so am I. Good chatters also prefer to be paid by commission only as they earn more and actually have an incentive to do well.</p><p></p><p>This month (September) im on track to make around $7000-9000 this month after the chatters have been paid, which is not the best but I'm happy with the growth so far. It's hard work but I actually enjoy this job a lot more than any of the other ventures ive tried and its pretty much 24/7 non-stop which suits me.</p><p></p><p>Currently unsure on how long it will take me to reach this goal as it really depends on model acquisition.</p></blockquote><p></p>
