Its been a long time since writers are using AI, so how can we trust they are using hand writtened content or not. One of my client website got hit by update also due to the ai content.

Handwritten based on references. If you see more reference links against an article, it is well-researched. Otherwise, it's AI-generated text.

Honestly, you can't. If you have a good writer you trust, go with them, but that's the only advice I can give you.
