Can you recommend a good Tier 2 backlink service (im thinking web 2.0s, or PBNs)

I'd like to start bulking up some of my guest posts by sending some backlinks to them (tier 2).
I want to find a cheap service that can send decent backlinks (im thinking relevant web 2.0s, or PBNs).

I tried 3 cheap services so far and the PBN backlinks were just so terrible. My anchors were all roofing related. For example, "roof maintenance". One of the post titles from the PBN package with this anchor text was "Every Sort Of Celebrity Cruise" with my anchor text shoved into a sentence that made no sense. I think if quality is this bad I'd rather have no backlinks to my guest post.

So im wondering if anyone can direct me to a good vendor for Tier 2 links

there have to be a few sellers in the marketplace that can provide quality web 2.0 backlinks, but they might not be cheap (although, I don't know your idea of cheap).

You can also try seoestore.net, I remember that they gave $5 or $10 in free credits a few years ago when I used them, but for this price you'll probably get a bad service, but cheap and good rarely go hand in hand so....

For me, Marketlace here is the best place to look at.
