fraudfilter.io is it a legit company

Hello,

Is there someone from fraudfilter here in this forum?
I have been using JCI and traffic-shield so far however since trafficshield was down today (which happens quite a lot anyway) I though of getting myself a new cloaker. I read in this forum that fraudfilter works fine and is decently priced.
So I planned of buying it. I made the payment and have been waiting for over an hour now. In so many years of working with several types of cloakers, I have never seen a company that takes your payment and makes you wait with no support to response and nor reply to the tickets.
I am sitting ducks and Its really annoying.
I eventually wrote them for a refund. And not to my surprise, there is no reply again.
So I would really appreciate if someone from fraudfilter can reply here (if someone is here from the company)

super old cloaker, didn't know it's still active. I wouldn't use it though
