Easiest Way for Tumblr Followers?

I'm more looking for targeted followers. Not to join some generic tumblr follow groups; maybe in the beginning in order to grow.

I've created my tumblr and have about 60 posts and can tell that people do SOMETHING for followers initially. I haven't tried to get traffic or anything for it. hell, i haven't even hashtagged all of my photos
