Differences Between FFmpeg and HandBrake for Reposting Viral Content

What are the key differences between FFmpeg and HandBrake when it comes to reposting viral content?
i want to edit viral video to repost and by pass algorithme on social media tiktok yt linkedin (first priority) and
i do know how to use python so i'm not confortable with ffmpeg .... but i can use handbrake
is handbrake can do anything i need ?
is you know another tool for bulk edit please share
if you know any tips to make video unique please share

ffmpeg is really reallllllly reallllllllly solid. most of the apps that are video related use ffmpeg/ffprobe under the hood. BUT its not a video enhancer/upscaller its an app for img/audio/video manipulation edition conversion etc

you dont need to know pyton to use it.

yes its very complicated at start but im really use to it now and developped many strongs apps using ffmpeg and ffprobe under the hood.
