how many pages and how much content should be live on a new site before launch?

leys say I new site with main navigation menu pages with 1 article per page + EEAT pages like about us etc and terms and policy pages. is it ok or are there any golden rules when launching a new site?

There’s no rule that says you can’t make your site live with zero content. However, if you’re talking about monetization and engagement, nobody is going to explore an empty park. You won’t retain an audience with no content, unless that one article happens to go viral.
