How is this even possible ? New NSFW account with 9000 followers and near 100k views in 2 days ?

I found a new NSFW X account that posts straight up porn with over 80k views on the first video that was posted which was 2 days ago. This is the account i am talking about

What sorcery is this ? And how does someone go about doing this ? I am sitting with over 40 followers with over 57 posts. The account above has no single hashtag, followers or anything.

I have seen quite a lot of accounts like that, but they usually disappear after a week or so. Still a good amount of time for actual port to be up on that site. Makes you wonder too, since a lot of fairly smaller reach accounts get hit with penalties the first few hours pulling a stunt like that.
