I’ve been testing TikTok Ads for a few campaigns and noticed mixed results. On one hand, the platform seems perfect for viral reach and low CPMs. But I’m not sure how well it works when the target is local customers like restaurants, gyms, or salons, compared to global brands pushing ecom products.
Local businesses might struggle since TikTok’s targeting isn’t as precise as FB/Google, but global brands seem to benefit from the massive audience and trend-driven content.
Anyone here running TikTok Ads for local businesses? Do they convert, or is TikTok really only worth it for broader/global campaigns?
