Astons – has anyone actually worked with them?

Astons keeps coming up when looking into residency or citizenship by investment. Everything looks very smooth on paper: they help choose a country, handle documents, and guide you through the whole process.
But how does it work in reality? Has anyone here gone through the full process with them? Do they stay involved after the initial consultation, or does communication drop once things start moving? And overall, is it worth the cost or better to look at other options?
