Bing ads manual review how to pass with a bridge page?

Every time i launch a new campaign on Bing for a heath offer, it goes into manual review and gets rejected to for "Malicious content," even though my bridge page is clean
Are you guys using aged bing accounts or is there a specific way to structure the bridge page to look more " corporate" and pass the review?
