I feel like being offline is one of the most underrated things lately. We are always connected with messages, notifications, scrolling but honestly, stepping away for even a short time feels like a reset button for the brain.
Whenever I go for a few hours without checking my phone, I notice I am calmer, less distracted, and actually more present in whatever I am doing.
And the weird part? Nothing important really gets missed.
It is like we think we need constant updates, but most of it is just noise. Disconnecting a little makes everything else feel clearer.
Anyone else feel like going offline improves your mood more than expected.
