Assess quality of proxy

Curious what tools or services you guys use or would recommend for assessing ip quality of a residential proxy, figure if it’s a static ip then the ip quality given by the provider is really important once it’s yours. Figure mainly the real world test of what you’re trying to access is the final test but in terms of an initial check, for any issues like is an ASN real, does the value line up etc. Any rec?
