I have read a lot of Journeys on BHW and decided to start sharing my journey thread for Accountability and real Learning what’s working in the Amazon FBA Space in 2026
I've been in ecommerce for years. Started as an Amazon seller in the UK with 1 Product after 1 year due to High Vat and low profitabilty shifted to Amazon Services side. Been running an Amazon Account management agency and doing six figures in services. Good money, but it's a service business You trade time for money. I want to change and start Product Business Physical or Virtual products so it could be more scaleable
So in 2026, I went back to selling. Building my own private label brand on Amazon US the same Stuff what i do for other Sellers
Started with Most Important and difficult Phase Products Research, I started that back in 2025. First product launched in Feb 2026. I'm already 5 months in, so let me catch you up on everything before I start posting daily updates, Success Failure
What We did to start this Brand:
Where each product stands right now by 4th June 2026:
Product 1 —We got 3.4* rating from Vine Buyers, PPC Not converting at all due to bad rating star. Still sitting on 500+ units in Amazon FBA. We're basically stuck on this one.(Considering Fail Product)
Product 2 — 4.5* stars, but PPC CPC is 3$ insane High. Cost per acquisition kills the margins. Also a giftable/trendy product — seasonal demand. Not moving forward with heavy spending here. (No Sales, Dead for Now buy have 400 Units in FBA)
Product 3 — This one launched with two variations, started advertising on one Variation only, Started Moving Slow buy in Month 3 — we sold over 1,000 units and went out of stock. Ad spend was only $50 to 100$ Per day on average. Profitable sales on this ASIN . Seeing good Margins, these are not net margins. I've not added my own time, team costs, and tools cost yet. But gross margin is positive, and that's the signal I needed. Currently Waiting for Inventory of this Listing but lose our Sales.
Product 4 — Inventory Order Placed with Supplier with 30% Advance yet not shipped to Amazon FBA. (Not Launch Yet)
Product 5 — Amazon Deactivated our Listing and Asked for Certification, Supplier Don’t have that Certification if we go with our own Certification it will Cost us around 1000$. (Not Launch Yet)
My Goal Which i want to Achive from this Brand:
In May 2026 Month we did 100$ Per day Profit. My Goal is $1,000/day Gross profit from this brand. I want to hit that within 2026.( See the Attached Screenshot)
Right now we're at the starting point of that journey, and I'll be documenting every day, Sales, Ads, Profits/ Loss, What New Applied, what's working, what's not and sharing with you real Strategies i use for getting sales.
Why I'm doing this here on BHW Publicly:
I've been on the service side of Amazon for 5+ years. I've worked with some solid clients, still working with a few. I know product business is more scalable Model services are limited in Scalability and after AI i feel it will become more difficult so I want to Focus more on my own Products and building something my Own.
One more thing: This time I'm not staying at Amazon Sales. I'm learning and building website own Sales Channel alongside this. Been learning SEO for close to a year now. Already have a test Ecom site getting traffic. I have few Friend who are doing SEO from Long Time so I'll be sharing that side too. What i have learned Brands who stuck on One Sales Channel they put all there Eags in One Basket and they are at Highest Risk one Listing Violation and your Listing will be Removed no matter that listing do 7 or 8 Figures in sales so Building your own Sites and Selling on that is Most Important.
Total Investment
Until June 2026 We have Invested Total $20,000 from Account Setup to all Inventory, Amazon Ads etc but we have to Invest at least $10,000 more on Inventory.
Our Gross Margins are 35% to 50% on these Products before Ads.

What We did to start this Brand:
- Most Important point for any Brand selecting Right Products so we Finalized 5 products for these Launches (Remember these 5 Finalized Products were selected out of at least 1000 shortlisted Products and it took us at least 3-4 Months, Used Helium 10 + Amazon own tools to do full product research, No Other tool i use)
- Supplier Finalized from China, Sampling, Order Placing, Shipping Products to Amazon FBA average 500 units per product
- Set up LLC in US, Bank Account, Amazon Seller Account Setup, Got Trademark Application, Brand Registry with Amazon Done
- Amazon Listing Setup, Pictures, Brand Story, Premimum A+ Content Everything
- For early Reviews enrolled all Products in Amazon Vine — It’s an Amazon Program to get 1st 30 reviews at the cost of $200+ Free shipping of your Products to Amazon selected Reviewers.
