Hey everyone,

I wanted to document my journey of building a completely zero-overhead B2B lead generation infrastructure. I noticed agency owners bleeding their ad budgets dry on bloated WordPress/ClickFunnels setups, so I wanted to see if I could build a complete "Agency-in-a-Box" kit that completely bypassed the Google Ads Bounce Tax.

The Tech Stack & Agency Kit (Screenshots attached below):


  • Frontend: Pure Vanilla JS. I used a custom Spring-Physics DOM Engine paired with Screen-Space SVG Displacement Mapping to create Apple's Liquid Glass (a.k.a high-trust UI).
  • Performance: Verified 100/100 on Desktop and 99/100 on Mobile via Google Lighthouse. Zero load time.
  • The Complete Infrastructure Kit: This isn't just a landing page. It includes a high-converting enterprise template (currently styled for high-ticket solar/home services), a premium Deal Room for closing clients, a structured post-payment page, and a complete pre-deployment guiding PDF (a 35-minute SOP) to launch it instantly.
  • The Engine: Hardcoded 12 interactive financial and legal settlement calculators that run entirely in browser-memory to capture high-intent leads without form friction.
  • The Smart Server Backend: A serverless micro-router using Google Sheets + Apps Script. It captures the lead data and routes it directly to a verified inbox. My total monthly operational overhead is strictly $0.00.
The AI Moat:The domain I deployed it on is fully indexed and actively pulling US impressions. More importantly, it’s actively fetched by Google’s AI Overviews, meaning text changes propagate across other LLMs (like ChatGPT/Claude) in just a few days.

The Current Journey/Roadblock:Here is where my journey actually begins. I built this full web agency ecosystem intended to arbitrage legal CPA leads or sell iframe calculator embeds to law firms. But, I am a university student currently drowning in exams. I have the ultimate technical infrastructure, but absolutely zero time to run the B2B outbound sales.

I'm currently exploring the best paths forward. For the veterans here, what is the best way to passively monetize an infrastructure kit like this when you don't have the time to do direct client outreach? Should I try to partner with an agency, lease the calculators, or just look for a full exit/buyout?
