Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
Service was not delivered and seller refused refund.
I have purchased reddit comments from the seller on the 28th of March. 2 comments with link ($15 each) and 3 comments without link ($10 each) for a total of $60. Later because of delays seller promised to deliver 1 extra comment so in the evidence I am seen as mentioning 6, that's why.
To date the seller has provided me with 1 comment with no link (valued at $10)
The seller had 3 months to complete the order and now refuses to give a refund.
Seller refuses a refund because he claims that on page 2 of his sales thread he only gives 1 week comment guarantee.
I was not aware of this 1 week limitation because he never mentioned it to me and it is not included on the 1st post of the sales page. I find this hidden practice dishonest and I don't think it is valid.
Furthermore the seller did not provide any proof of the comments being live for even 1 week so I cannot accept his position either way
