I’m currently building an AI-based OFM business and researching Reddit, X, and Instagram as potential traffic sources.
I’m trying to figure out which niche would be the smartest to focus on in 2026. I’m not looking for generic advice like “post consistently” or “create good content.” I’d really like to hear from people who are actually doing this.
A few things I’d love to get some honest feedback on:
1. Which niches are currently performing well in 2026?
For example: fitness, alt/goth, MILF/mature, cosplay, feet, girlfriend experience, findom, etc. Which niches have strong demand but aren’t completely oversaturated?
2. Reddit as a traffic source
How effective is Reddit for getting actual paying subscribers compared with X and Instagram?
Is Reddit still worth investing time into in 2026, or have you found X/Instagram to be more effective?
3. X/Twitter
For people using X as an acquisition channel, what actually works today? Organic posting, replies, communities, DMs, collaborations, paid promotion, or something else?
What kind of conversion rates or results are you seeing?
4. Instagram
How are people using Instagram for OFM traffic without constantly getting restricted or losing reach?
Is Instagram mainly useful for building a brand/audience, or can it actually generate consistent conversions?
5. Reddit strategy
If someone is starting from zero, how long should they realistically spend warming up an account before promoting?
How important are karma, subreddit selection, engagement, posting frequency, and avoiding spam?
6. Niche selection
If you were starting a completely new AI model today with a limited budget, which niche would you personally choose and why?
7. Real results
If you’re comfortable sharing, what did your first 30–90 days actually look like?
How much traffic were you getting, how many subscribers were you converting, and roughly how much revenue were you generating?
8. Biggest mistakes
What did you do when you were starting that you would absolutely NOT do again?
I’m especially interested in hearing from people who started with little or no audience and built their traffic organically.
I’m not looking for a course or someone trying to sell me a service. I’d genuinely appreciate real experiences, numbers, strategies, and lessons learned.
If you were starting an AI OFM operation from scratch in 2026, what would your exact strategy look like?
Thanks in advance!
