while building with claude do you keep waiting?

i'm not sure how you do build with AI your own scripts and automations or even an app, do you guys keep waiting while the AI i building because this seems to be time consuming, i know it's way faster to code with AI rather than manuall coding but still that gab timing is wasted or at least to have a notification enabled after the AI finished what you asked for, i hope you understand the issue i'm addressing here
