He promised to fulfill the cloaking services, but he couldn't; he says hosting is the issue, and all info stays there, but he just can't do a cloaking service and lying, he told me under 48hr it would be done, it's been about a week, he couldn't, I asked him to send my money back, he says his transaction is under hold, and i have to wait for 7 days, he bought BTC and sent screenshot of his purchase instead of transaction hash. So he is experienced scammer and knows how to bypass the direct scam, he does it via working in time. To recap this he promised to deliver results in 48hr, but he could not, and he has not send my money back.
