Office setup Bangladesh or West Africa (ECOWAS Region)

Hi All,

I am wondering if there are people here that have experience with running a VA office in Bangladesh or West Africa.

Now the salaries are rising in SEA I see more people open a separate location in Bangladesh for a while. I am curious about their experience.

Also about west Africa ECOWAS region. As the salaries are very low. Some countries 50-100 usd pm. I know less about the work mentality there. I know the power outrage is a problem in this region and it requires some investment for solar panels and batteries. Especially if you running 24/7 shifts.

Anyone here that can share there experience with small or bigger teams in Bangladesh or West Africa?
