I'm looking for a service that allows you to add the same set of comments to a long list of videos

Basically, instead of having to take all the videos (there are 100+ videos I need the comments on), I'd like to find a service that allows you to input a list of videos, as well as a list of comments, and do them all at once as a batch. This way it would be possible to redo them at regular intervals.

Does anybody know of a service that allows this?
