Numbers so far: 328 emails, 168 people contacted, 4-step sequence at day 0/3/7/14. Step counts 168 / 93 / 67 / 0. Zero replies, 9 bounces, 0 unsubscribes.
Deliverability checked: mail-tester 10/10, SpamAssassin 0.2, SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass, not blacklisted. Seeded to three Gmail accounts and one business inbox on its own domain, all landed in Primary. Plain text, no tracking, no links except the domain name in step 3.
My own read is that 168 people is simply too small to expect anything, and I should keep going rather than rewrite. But I have seen people here say zero at this point means something is broken.
