I want to start an adult tube website and need an adult video hosting platform that wouldn't delete my videos if there are no views.

The platform could be free or charge a minimal fee. I am from India and the platform must support UPI for payments.

You could purchase a large dedi and hire a php expert to create you a site that does this.

And obviously choose an adult content friendly hosting provider.

I could say I'm in the same status as you are
I mean I have access to a lot of porn, full porn scenes, entire collections & site rips from paid sites like BB, BZ and I have no idea how to monetize this type of content
I also opened a thread here on MMO hoping to get suggestions
Some peoples say to create a website starting with DMCA ignored hosting
