I want to start an AI influencer social account and then post out Ai generated images of her daily etc..

But to get traction and interest its good to use videos.... but AI video generation is kinda crap, well the ones ive tried anyway, the faces become mutated and change lots of distortions.

So I tried these reface apps and website... they good but you need an actual video to reface.

So I was thinking download videos from IG and TikTok and then reface those.

But is ok? Or will I get hit with takedowns and copyright claims.

Yes on TikTok is user allows it you CAN download their videos, edit them and reupload them, but only to TikTok (according to their terms) so what happend if you upload them to IG or vice versa?

Any other tips on creating AI influencer?

I think it's a form of violation so yes the videos will be taken down and you can possibly be sued.
What part is a violation. Cos TikTok clearly says in their terms you can download users videos, use them in your own content, edit them, reupload them on their platform

The part with taking others videos and only deepfaking (swapping the face) could work a little bit for now, but it won't be legal in the long run. These "models" will sue you and there will be even more AI regulations soon. Too risky, but yea...

but when these 'models' users upload their videos to tiktok AND they allow users to download/remix their videos they agree to let other users to do this. eg you can remix their video on tik tok and place a tiktok sticker (of say another woman) on the models face and it would be allowed, the model cant do anything as they agree to this. the problem is when you then upload that modified tiktok video to say IG

No, the problem is that they can say that they uploaded the exact same video on Instagram/X and they didn't offer any permissions there, so you won't have proof that you actually downloaded it 100% from TikTok. :))

so its too risky then? ive seen several profiles already doing this, but im guessing those guys 'know what they doing' using vpns, fake details and accounts and boosting accounts

you could prove you download the video from tiktok cos the video would have the tiktok watermark on it.... just keep that copy in your saved videos..

Risky without a team behind and some investment. But anyway, without investing in promotion/ads/boosting you have literally no chance. I tried something similar and even if I had better images than my competition (and 100% unique), it didn't work out.
The nowadays social media apps are 100% pay to win and/or rigged for the ones knowing an insider/blackhat user.
For a normal user, it's impossible to grow on social media. And I know what I'm saying, because I tried all the methods.

What you are saying is true, you have to pay for marketing almost any venture be it social media account, a new post, new song, new app, new ebook.... you can get lucky though
