Ajax PHP Proxy for Iframes help

Hey can anyone help me with a project im working on please. I'm trying create a Iframe where the user can enter a url into a prompt() and when they click ok the Aax will send the request through proxy.php so the CROB doesnt trigger it looks like the content im calling is coming from my server. it needs a custom .htaccess to work too. I have a few semi working versions but the main problem im having is after the first url is called and the user clicks on a link in the iframe the Ajax php proxy needs to called the same way again. If you think you can help please DM me or just post it in the thread. thank you ^_^
