Alternatives to Google ads for IPTV

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some alternatives to Google Ads for my IPTV business taht got suspended 2 days ago. I’ve been using Facebook Ads, but it feels like it's not really working for me. I’m getting traffic, but no conversions. I’m using a video in my ad—maybe that’s where I’m going wrong? Or am I just not setting things up right on Facebook?

I also just started using Microsoft Ads. Has anyone had success with it? Is it more laid-back compared to Google when it comes to ad reviews? Would love to hear what’s worked for you!
