Over the past 5 years I have withdrawn many (500+) different limited\permanently limited(120,180 days) Stealth Paypal accounts, in different countries from different regions such as EU/UK/USA/ASIA and solved many problems related to it.
different names on bank account and paypal accounts.
bank account/card linking errors
account login issues, like old phone number, recovery password etc.
And a lot of other problems associated with withrawal that accounts.
