Antidetects With Automated Interactions For Social Media?

What software exists nowadays that not only can't be detected by social media companies but also allows you to set automation actions such as follow-unfollow, feed likes, comments, scrolling like a real user, etc.? It seems antidetect browsers aim to solve the first goal but not the other goal (automated interaction). How can we best automate actions that will GROW social media profiles with interactions, etc. in addition to scheduled posting?

Also, would you agree with the statement "There is no point in warming up or automating pages with API, They are just going to get banned"?

As an ignorant person, I want to ask what API is and what the alternatives to it are in automation.

Heard of it and spoke with its creator but I have read recent reports on here that it gets pages banned, though I don't know how prevalent that is.
