Any envato element stock video alternatives?

I want to create videos for YouTube and explainer videos for clients. But I need access to as many stock video clips as possible. Especially videos of people showing expressions like they are surprised, angry etc. (see attached)

I know pexels and others but they don't seem like they are very sufficient.

A platform like envato rocks but the cost is something a bit on the high side. Is there an alternative for envato, maybe cheaper or free. Or any hack to get the clips for free on envato?

Try Mixkit or Pixabay, they offer free stock videos, including expressions

Another option is Storyblocks, which is more affordable than Envato with a subscription model
