ayPal Business Account with brand-new legit identity

Hey,

I try to make it short. I had a legit business in Germany. During covid, I got shipping problems and got banned from using PayPal.
My business rapidly went almost bankrupt, because PayPal is the most important German payment provider.

Now I searched everywhere, how to make a new Account after being banned.
I moved private, opened a new company in a different city with all legal requirements, got New ID numbers, phone etc. etc.

Only my name (I have a pretty unique name) and Date of birth state the same.
How big is the chance to get busted again, while shipping stuff instantly, putting tracking numbers in, no disputes etc. ? With a revenue of 100k per month ?

Do you have some advice to give me ?
