Best VCC for using on webhosts like DigitalOcean, Linode etc?

Hi fam,

I am looking for a good VCC that works with webhosting companies without any issue.
I tried a couple of companies(PST i think) and they charge a lot(per card + monthly fee) and also their card didn't work so I spent around $60 testing stuff for nothing lol.
I tried diff diff web hosts with their card and it kept declining. Yes i used a US private residential proxy since their cards are from US bins.

Are there any providers whose cards work well with hosting companies? I am from India so maybe I need Indian bin cards? Also it would be great if they dont charge monthly fees(PST charged like $16/mn for 1 card).

Sorry I dont have much experience in using VCC, I never got any working.

you can open bank account and then active master card then use .
