Bing/Yahoo search ads feed implementation

I`ve heard of people having Bing/Yahoo search ads feed and selling the script to other people against revenue share. It is something like a parked page with Yahoo feed on it.
Basically I want to add targeted ad feeds on a page, either among content, or naked, like these, how do I do that

Request it directly from the ad network.
It’s not some kind of illegal or custom script, they give it to you.
